Introduction

Use of www.lettersofhope.org.uk (“the Website”) and participation in Letters of Hope’s services, including care package nominations, is subject to these Terms & Conditions. By using this Website, making a donation, or submitting a nomination, users confirm agreement to these terms.

Donations and Payments

● All donations are voluntary and processed securely via third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, etc.). Letters of Hope does not process or store payment card data.
● Refunds for donations can be requested within 7 days and will be considered case-by-case.
● Donations support Letters of Hope’s charitable mission and may be allocated towards operational or administrative costs at the charity’s discretion.

Care Package – Terms of Nomination

● Each nominator may nominate only one individual or household who resides in the United Kingdom and has lost a loved one.
● Nominations are only accepted for UK residents.
● Self-nominations are allowed.
● If a nominee has already been nominated, Letters of Hope will notify the nominator.
● To nominate more than one individual/household, a donation for each additional nomination is required.
● Nominations are first come, first served. The rationale for a nomination is not used to prioritise recipients.
● Packages are subject to availability and Letters of Hope’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

All site content is owned or licensed by Letters of Hope and may not be reused without written permission.
